Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched multiple digital portals at the ongoing Digital India Week 2022. It includes a single sign-in portal Meri Pehchaan, and a website IndiaStack.Global, MyScheme, on Monday. The launch came during the ongoing Digital India Week 2022 in Gandhinagar.
“All programs launched today are going to strengthen Ease of Doing Business and Ease of Living. They’ll give a fillip to India’s startup ecosystem. India can proudly say that India is not just part of the Industry 4.0 Revolution but is actually leading it,” said Prime Minister Modi.

The Country is now working on digital mapping of rural properties using drones and other such devices.

This offering of India to the Global Public Digital Goods repository will help position India as the leader in building Digital Transformation projects at a population scale and prove to be of immense help to other countries which are looking for such technology solutions.
Meri Pehchaan is a National Single Sign-On for One Citizen Login. National Single Sign-On (NSSO) is a user authentication service in which a single set of credentials provide access to multiple online applications or services.
Prime Minister Modi emphasized that with the robust use of technology in national governance, the queue system has been reduced to a minimum in Gujarat with the digitization of the services.

” The government’s Digital India program has given relief to the poor from corruption. Now, it is working for the elimination of middlemen in all fields,” he said.
If comparing India to other developed countries, Prime Minister Modi said that the country accounts for 40 percent of digital transactions.
