  2. Now, move your cursor to your Avatar and click on Account.
  3. Go to the Account tab
  4. Lastly, click on Log Out of All Devices

For Android and iOS devices

  1. First of all, enter the Disney Plus app on your device.
  2. Now, Go to the bottom navigation bar and tap on your Profile
  3. Under the Profile option, tap on Log Out.

For PC Users:

  • Use your browser to visit the Disney Plus website.
  • Now, point the mouse cursor to your Avatar to access the drop-down menu.
  • Click on Log out.

Fix 2: Delete the app from your TV and download it again

Step 1: Delete the app from your device

  1. For this, navigate towards Apps, then select the Settings icon.
  2. Choose the Disney Plus app and select Delete.

Step 2: Download the app again

  1. Press Return on the remote and select the Search icon in the top right corner.
  2. Enter the name of the app.
  3. Select the app and then select Install.

1st Method: With the help of Remote

2nd Method: With the Plug

Check for software updates on your TV.

  • For this go to the Setting of your device.
  • Under the Settings tab select Support
  • Under the Support, option chooses Software Update and then select Update Now.
  • If an update is available, it will automatically install and the TV will reboot. Skip to Step 3.
  • If there is no update available, select OK. Make note of the current version that is displayed on your TV screen to the right.

Sometimes, new software versions are not available in your TV’s Support menu. You can download the latest software version from the download center by selecting your TV’s type and model. Here’s how you can do this:

  1. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive.
  2. Connect this USB thumb drive with your TV.
  3. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update.
  4.  Select Update Now, and then select Yes.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

Fix 5: Reset Smart Hub on your Samsung TV

Resetting the smart hub on your Samsung TV solves the major error issues. Here’s how it can be done:

  • Open the Settings of your device.
  • Now navigate to Support
  • Choose Self-diagnostic
  • After that, select Reset the smart hub
