Roblox- the huge online gaming platform is down. Some of the Roblox players complained that the gaming platform is experiencing server down.

The problems get started shortly before midnight on Thursday. After that, players get started facing problems in loading some parts of Roblox. The issue soon became a trend as more and more players started complaining about it.

One of the Twitter page named Roblox Status, which is not an official page of the gaming platform soon tweeted about the mishap.

It stated, “Looks like Roblox is currently experiencing issues! We’ll update you if we receive any further information.”

When this problem started, more than three million people were live on the gaming platform.

A tweet from the official Roblox Account said:

“We know you are having issues using Roblox right now. We are sorry and working hard to get things back to normal.”

What is the Issue?

According to the Roblox team, the cause of the problem is an “Internal System Issue.” Currently, this platform is undergoing a maintenance program.

According to the sources, the developers are still not able to find the cause of the problem. There could be many reasons, it may be due to maintenance and bug issue

According to Downdetector, there are 28104 outages reports. Under which half were regarding issues related to the website. Further, there are many users who are facing problems while login in. The others are facing server connection issue.

There is no official statement released when this problem gets solved. However, the players can be assured that their accounts and personal information would not get threatened by this long maintenance.

The Company updated:

“Still making progress on today’s outage. We’ll continue to keep you updated.

“Once Again we apologize for the delay.”

It seems Roblox will take a longer time to work back to normal. Players count on the platform is said to have decreased from over three million before the outage began to less than a million due to interruption to service. This will badly affect the reputation of Roblox.
